Wallace Jordan Names Roderick J. Evans New Partner

BIRMINGHAM—Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt LLC is pleased to announce that Roderick (“Rod”) Evans became a partner in the firm on January 1, 2019.

Rod Evans joined the firm in 2017 after clerking for Judge Caryl Privett of the Jefferson County Circuit Court and working as an associate for several years with a local firm in Bessemer. He focuses his practice on civil litigation representing business and individual clients. His practice areas include general litigation, and municipal law, where he has extensive experience in drafting of local legislation, election law, revenue/taxation, annexation, redevelopment, telecommunications, and day-to-day advice and support to city administration and elected officials. Evans earned his law degree from Cumberland School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Samford University.
