Weil Adds Seven New Associates in Dallas Office

DALLAS, TX—International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP has added seven new associates in its Dallas office: Robin Featherston, Litigation; Niko Lane, Corporate; Neal Monson, Corporate; Chris Perkins, Corporate; Richard Riles, Banking & Finance; Kevin Simmons, Litigation; and Jenae Ward, Litigation.

Featherston served in the fall of 2017 as a judicial extern for District Judge Sam Lindsay of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and she served as a summer associate in Weil’s Dallas office in 2018.

Lane’s previous experience includes serving as a summer associate in Weil’s Dallas office in 2018, and as an intern in 2017 to District Judge Maria Salas-Mendoza for the 120th Judicial District Court in El Paso, Texas.

Monson was a summer associate in the Firm’s Dallas office in 2018 and also served as an intern to Chief Justice Matthew Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.

Perkins served as an intern for Justice Jeffrey Boyd of the Supreme Court of Texas and as a student member of the Lloyd Lochridge Inn of Court. In 2018, Perkins served as a summer associate in Weil’s Dallas office.

Riles served as a summer associate in Weil’s Dallas office in 2018 and as a legal intern at the Tennessee Justice Center in Nashville during the summer of 2017.

Simmons previously served as a summer associate in Weil’s Dallas office in 2017 before a judicial clerkship with Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman in 2018-19.

Ward’s previous experience includes serving as a 2018 summer associate in the Firm’s Dallas office.
