DALLAS—Zack Kessinger has joined Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group as an Associate in the Dallas office. Kessinger’s practice involves matters related to real estate acquisition, disposition, development, borrowing, lending, construction and leasing. He represents developers, private real estate firms and financial institutions in their capacities as sellers, purchasers, landlords, borrowers, lenders and owners in real estate transactions.
Before receiving his law degree Kessinger served in the following capacities: Legal intern for U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Corporation Finance; Legal intern for St. Louis Cardinals Senior Vice President & General Counsel Michael Whittle; Legal intern at United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri for Assistant U.S. Attorney Tom Albus; Legal extern for Dallas Cowboys General Counsel Jason Cohen; and, Judicial intern at the St. Louis County Circuit Court for the Honorable John N. Borbonus.
Kessinger received his J.D., from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2018.
