CHARLOTTE, NC—Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP announced that Zoë Gamble Hanes has joined the Firm as of counsel in Charlotte.
She joins from Pine Gate Renewables LLC, where she was chief executive officer and president. While there, she oversaw the development of 1,000 megawatts of solar projects in 12 states and managed more than 350 megawatts of operating solar assets.
Hanes’ practice focuses on project finance, regulatory matters, business and operational strategy, public policy, and business execution. She has experience leading and overseeing greenfield development, project level diligence, asset sales and purchases, deal structuring, capital raising for projects and companies, construction, and asset management.
