LANSING, MI—Dykema today announced the addition of Theresa A.G. Staley as a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Government Policy and Practice Group and Energy Industry Group resident in the firm’s Lansing office. Staley joins Dykema after serving as a Regulatory Attorney with Consumers Energy.
With more than 26 years of experience, Staley’s practice focuses on administrative, energy, environmental, public utility, and telecommunications law. During her time with Consumers Energy, she advised and represented the utility company in complex matters before the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC).
