DALLAS, TX—Kevin Maguire and Nicole Karam have joined Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Dallas office as partners in its Real Estate Practice Group. Both litigators, Maguire and Karam bring extensive experience advising clients on real estate needs in the energy industry.
Maguire’s practice focuses on helping clients resolve eminent domain cases and property disputes, advising both public and private companies on the acquisition of property for roads, schools, gas pipelines, powerlines, and other public infrastructure.
Karam focuses her practice on condemnation matters and other real property disputes.
