DALLAS, TX—Bell Nunnally corporate and real estate transactional attorney Ty Johnson has been elevated to partner, effective January 1. Johnson, who joined the firm in 2022, was previously senior counsel.
Johnson is a member of the Bell Nunnally’s Corporate and Securities, Real Estate, Commercial Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practices. He represents clients – across a wide array of industry sectors, including retail, restaurants, real estate and health care – from startups to established enterprises, in all phases of the business life cycle, including corporate governance, ongoing operations and exit strategies.
