NEW YORK, NY—Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that Kay Gordon has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Fund Formation & Investment Management (FFIM) Practice Group.
For over two decades, Gordon has counseled clients on the formation and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, funds-of-funds, hedge funds, credit funds, and venture funds, as well as compliance-related matters involving registered advisers and broker-dealers. She advises clients on a broad range of securities and regulatory matters in addition to a variety of financial instruments and transactions, including managed accounts, credit facilities, joint ventures, and derivative instruments.
