NEW YORK, NY—Patrick J. Smith has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group in its New York office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Smith was senior vice president, chief litigation and regulatory counsel and chief compliance officer at Outfront Media Inc.
At Outfront Media, Smith led the organization’s litigation, regulatory and insured matters remit, including risk assessment and dispute resolution, review of filings and pleadings, settlement and mediation conferences, court and administrative appearances and communications with outside counsel and adverse parties.
