NEW YORK, NY—Sidley is pleased to announce that Randi Singer has joined as a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Disputes group in New York. She joins Sidley from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she was a litigation partner and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property/Media practice. She also led its Privacy & Cybersecurity group.
Her practice focuses on copyright, Lanham Act false advertising, trademark litigation, and class actions, as well as privacy, cybersecurity, and complex commercial litigation.
