Andy Little earned his Juris Doctor at UNC School of Law. After 17 years as a trial lawyer, he formed Mediation, Inc. He has mediated over 5,700 cases and has conducted over 140 40-hour mediation trainings. Little chaired the NCBA’s efforts to implement mediation in state and federal courts. He was the first chair of the association’s dispute resolution section. He was also appointed to the NC Dispute Resolution Commission by the chief justice and served as chair for four years.
