Jennifer Maguire joined Roxborough, Pomerance Nye & Adreani LLP in January 2022 with a wealth of litigation and trial experience in both the civil and criminal context. Ms. Maguire worked for five years as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago, Illinois, prosecuting high-stakes criminal cases. Prior to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Ms. Maguire served as a prosecutor in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corp. As a prosecutor, she completed over 20 federal criminal trials and over 40 sentencing hearings. Ms. Maguire also has significant experience in employment litigation, representing plaintiffs in wage and hour cases throughout the state of California in both federal and state courts.
