Jim Caine is an adjunct professor at Florida Coastal School of Law where he has taught transportation subjects in both Juris Doctor and online LL.M. programs. Currently he’s an attorney at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in the area of government contracts. He retired as a colonel from the Air Force Reserve where he served as judge advocate and command staff judge advocate for the Joint Contracting Command and the International Security Assistance Force’s chief for the Rule of Law. Professor Caine has incorporated aspects of space law and unmanned aerial vehicles in the aviation liability and regulatory compliance course he teaches at Florida Coastal School of Law.
