Norman J. Younker works exclusively in the area of plaintiff’s tort law, where he represents individuals in medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death actions. Prior to joining Fabian Clendenin, he represented Intermountain Health Care and other defendants in medical malpractice actions. He received his law degree from Brigham Young University. He later did post-doctoral studies in law at Cambridge University, England.
