His practice includes: preparing loan documents for banks in commercial real estate, residential real estate, construction, and asset-based loan transactions, including SBA loans; advising banks in banking, regulatory, and corporate matters; representing banks in loan workouts, foreclosures, and collection matters; representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate matters; representing large and small businesses and their owners in contract matters and buying and selling businesses; forming, representing, and dissolving corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships.

He wrote and coded the corporation, professional association, limited liability company, general partnership, and limited partnership forms for the original version of the Business Organizations volume for ProDoc™ (now Westlaw Form Builder™) used by thousands of Texas lawyers. He is a member of the Texas Bar College, Southwest Association of Bank Counsel, and Independent Bankers Association of Texas (Affiliate Member).
