Abraham Benhayoun

Abraham Benhayoun is the founder and managing attorney of Abraham Benhayoun Immigration Law Offices of Aventura, a boutique immigration firm serving clients nationwide. A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Abraham graduated from law school there in 2009 before earning both his J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013. From the outset of his legal education, he knew his career would be dedicated to immigration law. His training under one of the nation’s foremost immigration scholars gave him a strong foundation that continues to guide his practice today.

Before founding his firm, Abraham gained extensive experience working at respected immigration law firms in Houston and Miami, handling a wide range of employment-based and family-based immigration cases.
