Meet Afsana Chowdhury
Afsana Chowdhury is a family law attorney who represents clients in a wide range of matters, including divorce, separation, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, and marital and premarital agreements. As a Northern Virginia native, she has extensive experience working within the local courts and helping families navigate complex legal issues.
Afsana has earned national recognition for her work, including being named one of the Top 10 Attorneys Under 40 by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys and receiving honors from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. She also maintains a perfect 10.0 Avvo rating and has received the Avvo Client’s Choice Award multiple times.
She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Virginia Tech and her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. Outside the office, Afsana enjoys spending time with her two daughters, cooking South Asian food, and connecting with her local community.
