Meet Alfonso Gonzalez
Alfonso Gonzalez is the Founding Partner of Gonzalez Torres Law and focuses his practice on immigration, criminal defense, and personal injury matters. With more than 10 years of legal experience, he is known for providing strategic, client-focused representation and guiding individuals and families through complex legal challenges with clear communication and practical solutions.
Alfonso’s commitment to advocacy was shaped by his experience as the son of immigrants and his early work as a probation officer in Gwinnett County, where he saw firsthand the barriers underserved communities face within the legal system. He earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law, where he worked on immigration matters through the South Texas Civil Rights Project, and holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia. As co-founder of Gonzalez Torres Law, Alfonso remains dedicated to serving clients with compassion, integrity, and a strong commitment to justice.
