Andrew Feldstein

Andrew Feldstein, founder of Feldstein Family Law Group, is an Ontario divorce lawyer serving clients from four offices across the Greater Toronto Area. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1992 and practised in several areas of law, including corporate and commercial law, before focusing exclusively on family law.

Andrew works closely with clients to understand their priorities and pursue practical solutions. Whenever possible, he helps families resolve complex issues through negotiation, dispute resolution, and collaborative family law rather than traditional court proceedings.
In 2010, Andrew was appointed as an inaugural member of the Dispute Resolution Officer Panel in Newmarket. Members of the panel support the family court process by helping couples resolve issues before their cases proceed before a judge. Andrew was selected in recognition of his experience resolving complex family law disputes outside the courtroom.
Andrew also supports the next generation of lawyers. He volunteers with the Osgoode Hall Law School Mentor Program and serves as Chair of the Articling Committee at Feldstein Family Law Group.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, playing tennis, and attending live sporting events. He is an enthusiastic supporter of professional tennis, the Toronto Maple Leafs, and the Toronto Blue Jays.
