Meet Anthony Irpino
Founding Partner
Since founding Irpino Law Firm in 1999, Anthony Irpino has dedicated his career to advocating for individuals and families harmed by negligence. With decades of experience handling complex personal injury, mass tort, and class action litigation, he has helped recover billions of dollars for clients while building a reputation as a trusted leader in high-stakes litigation.
Anthony represents clients in both individual injury claims and large-scale national cases involving defective drugs, dangerous products, and catastrophic events. His extensive experience has led courts and fellow attorneys across the country to appoint him to numerous leadership positions in multidistrict litigations (MDLs), particularly in matters involving privilege, confidentiality, and litigation strategy.

Throughout his career, Anthony has served in leadership roles in many nationally recognized mass tort and class action cases, including:
- Chair of the Privilege and Confidentiality Committees in MDL 2804 – In re: National Prescription Opiate Litigation
- Plaintiffs' Steering Committee Member and Chair of the Privilege Committee in the Invokana, Benicar, and Xarelto MDLs
- Trial Team Member and Chair of the Privilege and Confidentiality Committees in the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Litigation
- Plaintiffs' Steering Committee Member in the Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Litigation
- Co-Lead Counsel in multiple Louisiana state court class actions

Through the firm's community involvement, Anthony also supports affordable housing initiatives, educational opportunities for children from low-income families, and programs that provide meals and clothing to those in need.
In addition to his legal and community work, Anthony proudly serves as a Captain in the Louisiana Army National Guard, reflecting his long-standing commitment to public service.
