Ben Baker, the founding partner and trial attorney of Red Dirt Legal, believes that you can’t truly represent someone until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes. For Ben, those miles include the diverse life experiences and “uphill climbs” that have shaped him into a lawyer who connects with his clients on a deeply human level. Ben’s journey to the law was anything but traditional. Though he felt drawn to the courtroom from a young age, life initially led him back to his roots in agriculture. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he spent years immersed in the world of farming and cattle operations. When he eventually returned to his dream of practicing law, he did so while juggling night classes and raising three young children—a testament to the work ethic and perseverance he brings to every case today.

Ben focuses on taking the “Goliath” out of legal disputes. Whether he is representing a family struggling with an insurance claim or an individual seeking justice after an injury, Ben finds nobility in helping those in need. His practice is built on two core pillars:
