Meet Ben Salango
Ben Salango is the founder of Salango Law, PLLC, and a nationally recognized trial attorney with more than twenty-eight years of experience representing individuals and families in personal injury, medical malpractice, abuse, wrongful death, and complex civil litigation cases throughout West Virginia. He has tried approximately 50 civil jury trials in state and federal courts and has argued numerous appeals before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
A graduate of West Virginia University and West Virginia University College of Law, Ben has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients through verdicts and settlements. His accomplishments have earned him recognition in Best Lawyers in America for more than a decade, multiple “Lawyer of the Year” honors, repeated selection to Super Lawyers, and an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In addition to his legal practice, Ben serves as a Kanawha County Commissioner and remains deeply involved in community service across West Virginia.
