Meet Benjamin Raslavich
Benjamin Raslavich is a civil litigation attorney representing individuals, professionals, and businesses across Florida. With thousands of cases litigated in Florida's state and federal courts — at both the trial and appellate levels — Ben brings deep courtroom experience to every matter he handles.
Ben is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he was honored with the Victor O. Wehle Trial Advocacy Award upon graduation.
