Meet Bert Parnall
Bertrand “Bert” Parnall is the founder and owner of Parnall Law Firm, LLC, a New Mexico personal injury law firm representing people injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death cases, and other serious injury claims throughout New Mexico.
A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Bert has deep roots in the community he serves. He graduated as salutatorian of Albuquerque High School before earning his undergraduate degree from Rice University, where he double-majored in history and French. He later returned home to earn his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law.
Before building Parnall Law Firm, Bert gained extensive courtroom experience as a prosecutor, including serving as a senior trial prosecutor in New Mexico. He later focused his legal career on personal injury law and representing injured New Mexicans against insurance companies and other responsible parties.
Today, Parnall Law Firm has grown into a team of more than 100 professionals serving clients across New Mexico. The firm has recovered more than $500 million for injured people and their families and has offices in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho, and Roswell.
Known throughout New Mexico for “Hurt? Call Bert.®,” Parnall Law Firm focuses on helping people who have been injured through no fault of their own. The firm's attorneys handle cases involving car accidents, commercial truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, drunk driving accidents, wrongful death, and other serious personal injury matters.
Bert and the Parnall Law team combine the resources of a large personal injury law firm with a strong commitment to accessibility, communication, and local service. The firm works to investigate each case thoroughly, deal directly with insurance companies, pursue full and fair compensation, and prepare cases for litigation when necessary.
Parnall Law Firm is deeply rooted in New Mexico and actively supports organizations and initiatives that strengthen local communities. Bert has also been involved with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) in New Mexico and has represented New Mexicans seriously injured by drunk drivers.
For Bert, practicing personal injury law is about more than handling claims. It is about standing up for New Mexicans when they are facing insurance companies and some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
