Meet Brad W. Huffman
Brad W. Huffman is a senior partner at Huffman & Huffman, Brothers-in-Law, PLLC, with more than four decades of experience representing individuals injured by careless and unsafe conduct. A lifelong resident of the Hampton Roads area, he has built his practice around practical advocacy, accessibility, and steady guidance for clients facing difficult circumstances.
Since beginning his legal career in the early 1980s, Brad has focused on personal injury matters, advocating for clients in disputes against insurance companies and other well-resourced opponents. He is known for a straightforward approach to litigation and a hands-on style that emphasizes clear communication and accountability throughout the life of a case.
Brad’s work has earned recognition from both peers and legal organizations, including an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the John T. Hanna Award for Traffic Safety Excellence in Hampton Roads, and selection as a Top 40 Lawyer in Virginia by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Christopher Newport University. Outside of his legal practice, Brad enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two sons in Newport News.
