Brent A. Duque

Brent Duque is the founder, president and managing attorney of Duque & Price, a Southern California personal injury law firm. He opened the firm in 2006 and represents people who have been harmed or injured and lack the resources to take on large insurance companies alone.

He went to attend the Whittier College of Law in 1999. There he represented the school on its Trial Advocacy Honors Board and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Douglas Carnahan at the Torrance Courthouse. Since 2002 he has also taught in the Paralegal Specialist Certificate Program at InterCoast Colleges in Southern California.

After law school, Mr. Duque worked at several plaintiff law firms, where he developed a reputation among his peers as a dedicated advocate and a formidable opponent for insurance companies. He started his own firm to offer more aggressive representation and closer communication with clients. Outside the office, he enjoys surfing and spending time with family and friends.
