Meet Brett Sachs
Brett Sachs is the Founder of MVP Accident Attorneys, a personal injury law firm headquartered in Irvine, California, serving clients across California.
A native of Indiana, Brett earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs before going on to graduate Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law. During law school, he was recognized for his work in the Civil Rights Clinic, where he represented prisoners of the Michigan Department of Corrections. It's an experience that shaped his commitment to fighting for people without a voice.
Before founding his firm, Brett gained experience on both sides of personal injury litigation. He began his career at a large plaintiff's firm in Newport Beach, then moved to an insurance defense firm where he represented some of California's largest medical providers. That inside knowledge of how insurers think and operate became a foundation for how he approaches every case today.
Brett has evaluated thousands of personal injury cases and recovered millions for injured clients across California. He has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and recognized by Super Lawyers for his work in personal injury law.
His practice covers car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian injuries, traumatic brain injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims.
At MVP Accident Attorneys, Brett's guiding principle is simple: It's Not Business, It's Personal.
