Meet Brian Murray
Brian Murray is the Lead Attorney and a highly experienced Lemon Law attorney serving clients in Santa Monica and throughout California. He has built a strong reputation for handling complex Lemon Law cases and achieving successful outcomes for consumers.
Brian has served as trial counsel against nearly every major vehicle manufacturer in California and has secured multiple six-figure jury verdicts in both state and federal courts. Over the past decade, he was the Managing Attorney at California Consumer Attorneys, P.C., where he handled hundreds of Lemon Law cases from start to finish and led dozens of jury trials.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute. Brian also holds degrees in History and Acting from Elon University, graduating cum laude. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and gained experience working with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Brian is admitted to practice in California and multiple U.S. District Courts and is a member of several legal organizations, including the American Association for Justice and Consumer Attorneys of California.
