Meet Carmen “Jack” Giordano
Carmen "Jack" Giordano is a licensed attorney in New York, including the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Federal Court District of Connecticut, and Vermont. He holds an L.L.M. in Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law. He has been honored with the Super Lawyers Award for twelve consecutive years from 2013 to 2026 and is recognized as one of the Top 100 Trial Attorneys in New York State.
In 2000, Carmen founded Giordano Law Offices Personal Injury & Employment Lawyers, driven by a passion to assist a diverse clientele across various practice areas. His legal career is extensive, beginning as a Rackets and Homicide Prosecutor, where he led investigations and trials involving organized crime, white-collar crime, public corruption, and homicide. His experience also includes serving as a bipartisan Legislative Counsel for various Senators and committees of the U.S. Senate, including the Judiciary Committee and the Government Affairs Committee, among others. Prior to establishing his practice, he was a Senior Trial Specialist for the NYC Corporation Counsel’s Special Litigation Unit, where he handled some of the city’s most significant lawsuits, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. He also acted as lead counsel in federal and state litigation involving catastrophic tort and employment discrimination cases on the corporate law side.
