Chris J. Fox

Chris J. Fox was born in Johnson City, Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from East Tennessee State University (ETSU), where he consistently made the Dean’s List during multiple semesters.

He went on to attend Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, actively participating as a member of the Sports and Entertainment Society and serving as the elected Student Body Association Representative in his second year. In 2014, Chris graduated with his Juris Doctor, passed the Georgia Bar Exam, and was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia.

Chris launched his legal career as a criminal defense attorney, quickly achieving success by winning motion hearings and securing multiple "Not Guilty" verdicts at trial. After several years of daily courtroom work in criminal law, he transitioned to personal injury law. True to form, he rapidly delivered strong results in this field as well, consistently obtaining favorable plaintiff verdicts and awards.

His track record earned him a strong reputation throughout Georgia as a diligent, dedicated, intelligent, and highly effective personal injury attorney. After gaining experience at various firms, Chris and his wife, Melody, decided to establish their own practice. In early 2023, they founded Fox Injury Law.

Outside the office, Chris is passionate about golf, a devoted Atlanta Braves fan, and a lifelong enthusiast of boxing. He loves family getaways to the beach and mountains, often accompanied by his loyal dog, Lucky. When not traveling, golfing, or cheering for the Braves, he cherishes spending time with his best buddy—his 4½-year-old son.
