Meet Darrell Cochran
Darrell Cochran, founding attorney at Darrell Cochran Personal Injury Lawyer, is a nationally recognized trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing injury victims, including complex cases involving child sexual abuse and medical malpractice. Based in Seattle and Tacoma, he has secured millions in verdicts and settlements and has successfully taken on major corporations, institutions, and government entities, including arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Known for his courtroom leadership, Darrell is frequently called in as lead or co-counsel by attorneys nationwide. He has argued cases at the Ninth Circuit, Washington State Supreme Court, and appellate courts across the state. In addition to his litigation work, he advocates for victims’ rights before the Washington State Legislature and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law.
