David Boyle

David E. Boyle is an experienced trial attorney with a deep background in criminal prosecution and complex litigation. After graduating from Emory University School of Law in 1997, he served as a law clerk in Cobb County State Court before prosecuting traffic and DUI offenses for Gwinnett County. David then dedicated years to the DeKalb and Walton County District Attorney’s offices, where he specialized in the Domestic Violence Unit and prosecuted high-level violent felonies, including murder and child molestation. A respected voice in the legal community, David regularly trains law enforcement officers and teaches foundational trial strategy to new prosecutors.
