Meet David L. Roach
David L. Roach is the Partner and Founder of Roach, Lennon & Brown, PLLC, where he focuses on business and corporate law, trusts and estates, environmental law, and tax matters. A graduate of Canisius College and Harvard Law School, he is admitted in New York (1977) and Florida (1985). He is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He holds an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell® and is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York State Bar Association, and The Florida Bar.
David has given more than 300 SBA/SCORE workshops for new businesses since 1981. He leads monthly start-up workshops at Buffalo State's Small Business Development Center and served on the SBA Buffalo office's District Director's Advisory Council from 1991 to 1997. He taught business law and ethics at Canisius College for eight years. As a Fulbright Specialist, he has also taught American business law at universities in Szczecin and Wroclaw, Poland, and presented on environmental law at the University of Catania in Sicily.
