Meet Drew Stout
Drew Stout is a Hobbs personal injury attorney and partner at Stout & Stout Lawyers, where he represents individuals and families harmed by negligence throughout southeastern New Mexico and the Permian Basin. His practice includes complex personal injury and wrongful death matters, including catastrophic commercial truck accidents involving state and federal transportation regulations.
Born and raised in Hobbs, Drew graduated from Hobbs High School before earning his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and his law degree from Baylor University Law School. Prior to law school, he worked at the U.S. Capitol for several members of Congress. Drew later returned home to practice alongside his father, Mark Stout, continuing his family’s more than 60-year tradition of serving Lea County and the surrounding region. Licensed in both New Mexico and Texas, Drew is committed to providing knowledgeable, locally grounded representation and helping injured clients pursue justice and meaningful financial recovery.
