Meet Erin P. Brown
Erin P. Brown is a Partner at Brown Immigration Law and has been an integral part of the firm’s growth and leadership since 2002. Her practice centers on employment-based immigration, where she advises employers, professionals, and organizations on complex visa and compliance matters. In addition to her corporate immigration work, she plays a key role in overseeing the firm’s family-based, naturalization, and litigation practice groups.
Ms. Brown brings extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies and multinational employers on workforce immigration strategy, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning. She is a frequent author and speaker on employment and corporate immigration issues and is regularly sought out for her practical insight into evolving immigration policies and enforcement trends. Within the firm, she is actively involved in mentoring associates and supporting the development of Brown Immigration Law’s employment-based practice.
Her professional leadership extends beyond client work. Ms. Brown is the Past President of the Federal Bar Association for the Northern District of Ohio and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Foundation of the Federal Bar Association, which supports legal education and community-focused initiatives nationwide. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Global Cleveland.
An Ohio native, Ms. Brown earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Ohio University and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, where she received a CALI Award for Excellence. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and Ohio. In 2024, she was recognized in Crain’s Cleveland Business “Notable Women in Law.”
