Frank Santini, Esq.

Frank Santini is the founder and managing partner of Santini Personal Injury & Car Accident Law, representing injured individuals and families in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death matters, including car accidents, commercial truck crashes, motorcycle accidents, bicycle and e-bike accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and catastrophic injuries.

Santini graduated summa cum laude from Stetson University College of Law with a 4.0 GPA, finishing first among the law school’s full-time students. Before founding his firm, he practiced at Trenam Law in Tampa, where he helped lead one of the firm’s practice groups and represented both plaintiffs and defendants in significant litigation. That experience gave him the perspective of having evaluated and litigated injury claims from both sides.

Santini holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star. He has recovered more than $1 million for injured clients in each of Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His litigation experience also includes state and federal court matters, appellate litigation and trial and arbitration proceedings.

Through Santini Research, Santini conducts and publishes research concerning transportation safety, accident causation and emerging injury risks. His work has addressed bicycle and e-bike crash trends, commercial trucking and freight safety, roadway design and other transportation-safety issues, and he has presented his research to public officials and community organizations.

Santini has authored articles published by the American Bar Association and the Daily Business Review and has been invited to speak before organizations including the Architect of the Capitol, Financial Executives International, the National Apartment Association and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Before becoming an attorney, Santini was a college football captain and all-conference offensive lineman at Muhlenberg College and later competed as a professional wrestler.
