Meet Gary B. Englander
Gary Englander is a trial attorney dedicated to representing individuals who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. With a proven record of securing millions of dollars in compensation for his clients, Gary is a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum — an organization reserved for attorneys who have achieved multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
Gary is regularly in the courtroom, and his litigation skills are rooted in a foundation of diverse legal experience. During law school, he served as a law clerk with the Office of the Florida Attorney General's Multistate Litigation Division, where he focused on data and consumer privacy issues and co-authored a policy guide on handling data breaches. He was recognized for his contributions in securing substantial recoveries for the State of Florida.
Gary also served as a certified legal intern with the Broward County State Attorney's Office, where he participated in all phases of criminal litigation — trying both jury and bench trials and arguing numerous motions.
