Gary K. Shipman

Gary Shipman has spent more than 45 years representing clients in complex litigation, including personal injury, commercial disputes, professional negligence, and class actions. After earning his law degree from Campbell University School of Law, he founded his own firm at age 26 and built a national reputation as a trial attorney. In addition to his litigation practice, Gary advises businesses and investors on restructuring and asset transactions. He is also active in his community, serves as a certified NFL and NBA contract advisor, and frequently speaks at legal education programs.
