Greg Linehan

Greg Linehan is the founder and managing attorney of Greg Linehan Law, where he has represented injury victims in Sarasota for nearly three decades. A Sarasota resident for over 55 years, Greg returned home in 1997 after earning his law degree in Miami and built his career advocating for injured people across Florida in cases involving car crashes, motorcycle wrecks, pedestrian accidents, workers' compensation, and Social Security Disability claims. After 15 years as a partner at his prior firm, he formed Greg Linehan Law in 2022 for one reason: to provide more personalized and supportive service to every client he represents. He practices in all state and federal courts throughout Florida.

Greg's results have earned him membership in both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, along with recognition from Super Lawyers, the Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and Lawyers of Distinction. A graduate of the University of Florida and St. Thomas University School of Law, he is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, and the Sarasota County Bar Association. His roots in the community run just as deep as his practice: Greg serves as President of Suncoast Charities for Children and sits on the board of the Suncoast Foundation for Handicapped Children.
