Meet Hank Stout
Hank Stout is a Houston personal injury trial attorney, co-founder of Sutliff and Stout - Houston Car Accident Law Firm, and Board Member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. His firm has recovered over $1 billion for injured Texans, and he stands among fewer than 2% of Texas trial lawyers to hold Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Unlike attorneys who transitioned into plaintiff work from corporate practices, Hank was shaped by the Texas courthouse from childhood. As the son of an attorney and former State Court District Judge, he grew up watching the civil justice system protect individuals against those with greater power and resources. That early exposure to the bench and bar formed the foundation of a legal career built entirely around representing injured people against large insurance companies and corporations.
Hank completed his B.B.A. at the University of Mississippi in three and a half years, then enrolled at South Texas College of Law in Houston, completing his J.D. in two and a half years while serving on the South Texas Law Review. He began his litigation career at Phelps Dunbar and Chamberlain Hrdlicka, two of Texas's established trial firms, before co-founding Sutliff and Stout in 2008 to build a practice focused solely on injured Texans.
Hiring Hank Stout means you are positioned to receive your best possible settlement offer, backed by Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals authorization, and a firm record of over $1 billion recovered for injured Texans against the same insurance companies now handling your claim.
