Harris Weinstein is an Atlanta-based personal injury attorney and co-managing partner of The Weinstein Firm, where he has built a reputation for advocating for individuals and families affected by serious accidents and negligence. A native of Atlanta, Weinstein earned his law degree from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 2016. Alongside his brother, attorney Michael Weinstein, he helps lead The Weinstein Firm, representing clients throughout Georgia in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, commercial trucking collisions, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, and negligent security.

Weinstein's dedication to his clients is reflected in his record of securing meaningful financial recoveries. In 2025 alone, he recovered $4.5 million for claimants, demonstrating his commitment to pursuing favorable outcomes for individuals navigating difficult circumstances. More recently, he secured a $300,000 settlement in a motor vehicle accident case, further illustrating his ability to advocate effectively for injured motorists.

As a survivor of Ewing's sarcoma, a rare form of cancer, he experienced firsthand the uncertainty and emotional challenges that accompany a life-altering diagnosis. Outside his practice, Weinstein enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, following Georgia football, playing golf, and traveling with his family.
