Heather Menezes

Heather represents injured clients in a broad range of personal injury matters.

She deeply understands the complex challenges faced by individuals who have been harmed—whether due to another party’s negligence, a workplace incident, or a vaccine-related injury. Heather handles every case with genuine compassion and unwavering diligence, treating each client’s problem as her own.

With extensive litigation experience, she zealously advocates for her clients in New Hampshire’s state and federal trial courts, before the New Hampshire Department of Labor, and at the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Additionally, she is admitted to the United States Court of Federal Claims and regularly represents individuals in the specialized National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
