J. Christopher “Chris” Elliott is a seasoned Florida trial attorney and founding partner of Elliott Law Firm, where he represents clients in criminal defense and serious personal injury matters. Since beginning his legal career in 2006, he has developed nearly two decades of courtroom experience and has secured multiple seven-figure verdicts and settlements for individuals and families affected by catastrophic accidents, dangerous premises, and defective drugs and medical devices.

Chris began his career as a prosecutor with Florida’s 20th Judicial Circuit, handling DUI, misdemeanor, and felony cases. That experience gave him valuable insight into how the government investigates, charges, negotiates, and tries criminal cases. He later became a shareholder at a prominent personal injury firm and represented thousands of plaintiffs nationwide.
