Meet Jay S. Knispel
Jay S. Knispel is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Jay S. Knispel Personal Injury Lawyers, representing injury victims throughout New York City and the surrounding region. With extensive experience handling complex personal injury litigation, he advocates for clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, defective products, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death claims.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Jay earned his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University, where he was inducted into the prestigious National Order of the Barristers. Before founding his firm, he served as a Senior Trial Attorney for a major national insurance company, providing him with valuable insight into how insurers evaluate and defend claims.
