Meet Jeffrey R. Gill
Jeffrey R. Gill has tried cases for twenty-two years. Before law, he served six years as an Army Intelligence Officer, work that trained him to break complex situations into facts, patterns, and pressure points. That habit still defines how he builds a case.
For the past fifteen years he has also been a competitive endurance athlete, with 443 triathlons raced to date, including three Ironman finishes, alongside nine open marathons. He served as a USA Triathlon Foundation Ambassador in 2022 and 2023. He came to endurance sports after playing football and competing in Tae Kwon Do. The parallel to his legal work is direct. A race is won in the months before the starting line, and so is a trial. Committed, intense, thoughtful preparation is what produces a competitive result on the day it counts.
Outside the courtroom, Mr. Gill seeks out challenges deliberately, believing that steady daily progress compounds into something significant. He lived in and traveled throughout Europe for several years and has taken adventure trips to remote regions of the Amazon, Iceland, and the Galápagos Islands. He values travel for what it teaches him about other cultures and other ways of thinking, an instinct that serves him well when he needs to understand how a jury sees a case.
