Jillian Fairchild

Jillian spent over a decade working as a defense attorney in San Diego law firms, including an Am Law 100 firm representing Fortune 500 companies and their insurers. She rose through the ranks to become a national partner in male-dominated firms, gaining extensive experience in employment litigation, advice, and counsel. In 2022, she utilized her insider knowledge of defense strategies to launch Fairchild Employment Law, P.C., a woman-owned firm dedicated exclusively to advocating for wronged employees.
