Meet Joe Lieberman
Mr. Lieberman was born in New York, New York, and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. After graduation, Mr. Lieberman joined Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he represented Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and others in a multitude of complex securities transactions. Mr. Lieberman's current practice is focused on the distressed debt industry and commercial debt restructuring. In the past several years, Mr. Lieberman has represented funders, factors, and lenders in contested and distressed transactions and related litigation. In addition, Mr. Lieberman frequently provides transaction-related advice for complex situational deals to clients in various industries.
