Meet Joseph Mizrahi
Joseph H. Mizrahi is a results-driven litigator focused on representing employees in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims against employers of all sizes. He has extensive experience handling both class actions and individual matters, recovering compensation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the New York State and New York City Human Rights Laws. His practice places particular emphasis on digital accessibility, working to remove barriers that prevent visually impaired individuals from fully engaging with company websites.
Early in his career, Joseph saw firsthand how easily individuals, especially those in vulnerable positions, can be taken advantage of by corporations. His work addressing unlawful debt collection practices highlighted the imbalance of power between businesses and consumers. That understanding took on added significance when he represented a blind client who encountered significant obstacles accessing basic online services, reinforcing how systemic and widespread accessibility issues remain.
These experiences led Joseph to concentrate his practice on civil rights litigation, where he advocates for individuals with disabilities and pushes for greater accountability under federal, state, and local laws. He is committed to helping ensure equal access in both digital environments and everyday life.
Alongside his civil rights work, Joseph is actively involved in mass tort and product liability litigation. He has represented over 1,000 individuals harmed by defective or unsafe products, helping them seek justice and meaningful recovery.
