Joseph P. Stanley

Joseph 'Joe' Stanley is the founding partner of Stanley Law Offices, a personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security disability firm he opened in his native Syracuse in 1982. A graduate of SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry (B.S., 1975) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., Summa Cum Laude, 1981), Joe is Board Certified in Civil Trial Practice by the American Board of Trial Advocacy and is licensed to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, and the federal courts. Over more than four decades, he has built Stanley Law into a six-office firm serving Upstate New York and Northeast Pennsylvania, anchored by what clients and colleagues know as the 'Stanley SMART System' — a structured approach designed to leave no stone unturned and earn injured people the maximum lawful award. Joe also hosts a long-running weekly legal radio program across Syracuse, Binghamton, Watertown, and Oneonta and founded the nonprofit Music for the Mission to give back to the communities his firm serves.
