Meet Josh Fogelman
Josh Fogelman has been an Austin personal injury attorney since 2009 and is a founding partner of FVF Law Firm – Injury & Wrongful Death Lawyers. He focuses on helping injured clients understand their rights and develop practical legal strategies tailored to their circumstances. A lifelong Austin resident, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005 and his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2008. He previously served as a briefing attorney for Texas Supreme Court Justice Harriet O’Neill. Josh has been recognized by Super Lawyers® (Rising Stars 2014–2021, Super Lawyers since 2022), holds a 10.0 Avvo rating, and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through hiking, fishing, kayaking, golfing, and traveling.
